Below is the BHBE membership form for the 2023-2024 fiscal year, which begins July 1, 2023 and ends June 30, 2024. Income from membership is BHBE’s primary source of revenue, accounting for approximately 55% of our annual income. As such, we truly rely on your membership dues to support our payroll, the cleaning, repairs, and maintenance of our building, our programming, our security, and so much more.

For this fiscal year we have chosen not to increase our dues although we are under the same inflationary financial pressures as everyone else. Additionally, since BHBE welcomes all with open arms, regardless of financial circumstance, there is a disconnect between what it costs to operate BHBE on a per household basis (approximately $4,350/household or member unit), and the average amount we collect per household. If you are fortunate enough to be able to contribute above and beyond the amounts requested below, we would be very grateful for your additional financial support and generosity.
