Sunday, October 27, 2019: Men's Club Scotch and Steak Annual Event. Join us at BHBE at 5pm at the synagogue with Scotch Connoisseur, Dr. Ira Goodman.The cost is $40 for steak or $36 for a veggie burger. RSVP required by October 23, 2019. Admission with pre-paid reservation only.

Family Promise

Volunteers are needed to help homeless families through Family Promise. BHBE has been asked to help when First Presbyterian Church and Sukkat Shalom host Family Promise September 8 - 15, and when St. John's Lutheran Church hosts September  22 - 28. To volunteer or for more information, including about new volunteer training, please contact Marc Primack, at 224-422-6335 or  marcprimack@gmail.com.
